How long do I have to wait before I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and ground shipping generally takes between 2-5 days within the US.
Can I cancel or change an order?
We strive to ship your order out as soon as possible. Therefore, changes to an order must be made within 4 hours of when the order was placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any changes to your order.
I’m not sure which scent is for me – what do you suggest?
If you haven’t tried our scents yet, we recommend the Rollerball Collection which includes all four scents in a convenient sliding tin. The set is specially priced at $29 so that you can discover your scent!
What is your return policy?
SAGE + fasten offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please email orders@sageandfasten with “Return Request” as the subject. Request a return and be sure to include the original order details (name, order date, name of the product you are returning and order number) in the body of the email. You will receive an email reply within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number (RA#). Once you’ve received the number, please indicate it on the duplicate invoice and return it along with the unused or near unused product within 14 days of receipt of product. Original shipping and return shipping fees are not refundable although we will re-ship any incorrectly delivered item at no additional cost. It is recommended you use a shipping service with tracking as refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit.

What are your shipping rates and shipping options?
We are pleased to offer $6 flat rate ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states. At this time, we do NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Ground shipping is complimentary for orders $60 and over. We ship our orders via USPS or UPS.
Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time, we only ship within the US.
Do your perfumes contain parabens, phthalates, or sulfates?
Do you test your fragrances on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.
Is there sales tax?
By law, we must collect sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within New York State. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of New York.
Is my credit card information safe?
YES. We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway. Authorize.net processes over 75 billion dollars in sales transactions annually. Your credit card information is protected with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL provides you with the freedom to shop online without the fear of your credit card information being stolen. We never sell or share your information with any other vendors.
